Process of making an appointment for service is easy.

Process of making an appointment for service is easy. Service Rep had both called and Emailed me to alert that it was time to schedule a service for the car. Checking in at the scheduled time is quick. Service Advisor Marc was helpful in going through both the standard service and then some additional items that I wanted to have checked. Marc arranged a Lyft ride to get me from the Dealer to Home and then when the vehicle is ready for pickup, another Lyft ride from Home to Dealer. This Lyft service is a real convenience item for me.

The service dept.

The service dept. of BMW of Mt. View conducted the routine maintenance check-up with a video of the under carriage of the car to let the owner see what the technician is inspecting. They provided a clean, comfortable area to wait with offerings of beverages and snacks. Wayne informed me of my car's progress and had my washed car outside the door, ready for the drive home.

A service appointment automatically appeared in myBMW app

A service appointment automatically appeared in myBMW app saying that I had an appointment coming. I also received emails and text reminders for service, but I was told it was all a mistake when I got to the dealership. The email & text was from a person who left 3 years ago and the appointment was not in the system. They accepted my car for service but no loaner car was provided. They said I have to re-schedule if I insist on a loaner car. I decided to leave the car there w/o loaner but life was very inconvenient for 3 and a half days.

Quick and easy drop off for recall service.

Quick and easy drop off for recall service. Offered free ride home and back to pickup vehicle made day much simpler. Car was done when expected. Justin was great to work with.
