Larry Fung is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and am happy to add another Subaru from Larry to the garage. This beautiful outback wilderness will be our 8th Subaru. Did lots of homework on line, not much dealing with the dealership saw Redwood City had the car that I have been looking over and over on YouTube ,so I contacted RW sabaru contacted dealer Larry to find out about the car I was interested in .he reserved the car. I know what I want when I enter a dealership, so I always appreciate a sales team that respects that and doesn't waste my time trying to sell me things I don't want. While not quite the no-nonsense online order experience I had with tesla, this was as close to that as I've had from a traditional dealership.

John Minch sold us our Subaru Crosstrek and we couldn't be more pleased. He was very friendly and very honest. I asked him what this car is going to cost us out the door and he told me ...no down payment. We had to order our car. He was right. My car came in and his price was right. I did end up getting a warranty but that was my choice. He showed me how to use all the things my car came with on the inside and was very patient going over everything. I am now driving my new Subaru and couldn't be more pleased with the car and how everything went when purchasing my car.

My girlfriend went in to buy crossbars for her 2014 Subaru cross trek. The guy (not sure who) sold her the part. We sat on them for 2 years and didn’t install. Once we went to it turns out the parts sold don’t fit with her model after trying to return them (no receipt) we were told they had no record of the transaction and couldn’t do anything without a receipt. They’re brand new. Definitely ripped us off and lied to us. Not a good brand for the Subaru name. Very disappointed.
