I know what I want when I enter a dealership, so I always appreciate a sales team that respects that and doesn't waste my time trying to sell me things I don't want. While not quite the no-nonsense online order experience I had with tesla, this was as close to that as I've had from a traditional dealership.

When I visited the dealer that I had to order the car. John was clear and, helpful. The car arrived 45 days later, He called when the car arrived and the buying process was smooth and efficient. This is my second Subaru, so far I love the hybrid car.

Stopped in to explore the possibility of returning my leased 2017 Forester which I have gone over the mileage significantly. Aaron Ashley, Sales Rep. came out to greet me and we discussed my options. He showed me a 2021 Crosstrek and I took it for a test drive. Not only is Aaron passionate about his job but he is passionate about selling Subaru's at "Carlson". He was kind, genuine and patient while I shared my situation with him. I wish I could have given him my business but when I am able to lease another Subaru, Aaron is my guy!!

Warm and friendly from the first call to driving off the lot in our new Subaru Outback. The sales staff took all of our considerations into mind and negotiated a very good deal. Financing was seamless and pleasant. Premises were comfortable even in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis.

Carlsen's people were all great. We bought two new Crosstreks the same day. We added some accessories to each model, the Limited for my wife and the Premium for me; they didn't have models equipped with everything, so ordered them built and shipped from Japan. The Limited was fine; the Premium was a manual when I ordered an ECVT. So Carlsen searched California and found what I wanted at another dealer and got it, except it lacked the splash guards and all-weather mats I wanted. I went back 10 days later for those; one splash guard was faulty so nothing was installed and I had to go back a week later; this wasn't Carlsen's fault and they made it up by rescheduling when I wanted and a tank of gas. Carlsen is good but Subaru a bit disappointing, but I'd buy the same car from them again.
