Concord Toyota

Concord Toyota was a very clean and safe site were every staff member we interacted with were very welcoming and kind. Customer service was a top priority. Daniel Kunkle was an excellent sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and the auto we purchased. He kept us in the know through the entire process. We appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Our only negative occurred during the financing portion of the process. For a $45,000 purchase, we felt confident that Toyota is a quality product, and we did not need the additional coverage. When the finance person we were working with continued to push the need for additional warranty coverage it made us feel uneasy with the need for additional coverage.

Very busy, but was glad they fixed everything that needed fixing.

bought our toyota camery on 10/31/20 through the Costco gaurenteed pricing program.' the internet sales manager told us we would have to make at least 5 payments before we paid it off in Full or else toyota would revoke the $3000 rebate. we just had the car serviced for the 1st time at our local vallejo toyota and asked the service manager about this policy. he said its not true, and that it seems the concord sales rep was padding his commision. im going to contact our costco gaurenteed pricing rep and tell them about how concord toyota are taking advantage of thier customers. That said..we Love the car. thanks.

Fantastic service. Car we wanted was ready to be viewed when we arrived. Features explained and working before we left. Finance was easy and quick (as it could be). Would shop here again.
