Normal 90,000 maintenance and added brakes. Always well done, never aggressive or pushy, which I really like. Walnut Creek Toyota really turned me off in that regard. :) I have been staying with Concord Toyota and Tony has been my service advisor since 2015 when I bought the car. Very happy.

I booked my service online with ease. I arrived and was quickly handed off to my service advisor. He quickly made note of the issues. I was in and out in less than 3 hrs.

Jonathan was finally able to help me with my problems. I had been trying to get them fixed with no help until Jonathan helped me out.

Brought my car in for oil change. He said it would probably take about two hours because of the other people having services. But it only took an hour and I was pleased.

Overall great experience. Dario Miranda was our sales representative. He was professional, considerate, and friendly. He answered all of the questions we had about the 2020 Camry Hybrid. The finance manager was also helpful and was able to answer our questions.
