I drove 2 hours (from SJ) to buy my certified pre-owned Ascent and, after my experience, I would drive twice that and more to work with their team again (for reference there are at least 3 Subaru dealerships near my home). From setting up my appointment with Cherry, to driving and checking out the car with Ron (salesperson and super knowledgeable about car tech), to purchasing the car with Mike (super kind and efficient head of Finance), to getting a training on the car’s features with Victoria (super teacher and head of Sales), I felt comfortable, respected, happy, and so glad that Hanlees is where I ended up for my purchase. My husband is going thru chemo and couldn’t join me, so I was a bit nervous going thru the purchase on my own.
