Long wait at service department to get checked in despite

Long wait at service department to get checked in despite appointment. Prices for needed routine service costs way too much, almost 10% of the cost of my car (or does Nissan depreciate too fast?). Will avoid going to this dealership for services until I absolutely have to. They tried to sell me the service really hard, almost suggesting that my car would have serious malfunction if I don’t do the service.

I went looking for a car found one the salesman told me

I went looking for a car found one the salesman told me he could get me a deal plus I wanted to trade in my car. They gave me the low blue book didn’t want to pay off my loan mind you it was a 30,000 dollar car. I gave them the amount for payment and let them know I had a down payment. They didn’t want to bargain or even try to get close to what I wanted. This is dealer that can miracles happen if they really want the sale. So I left gave all my info to Tracy Nissan and I walked out with everything I wanted. Maybe it the people that are running it. You make your money either way but when your not willing to work with your customer you lose your business to people down the street that make it happen.

Great buying experience this weekend with Sam Alqaisi as

Great buying experience this weekend with Sam Alqaisi as our salesman. We live several hours away and he made the deal super easy. We worked together over phone to agree to a number and when we arrived the car was detailed and ready for us to pick up. His description of the car was excellent, and his communication was outstanding. Patrick in finance was prepared and it was in and out of his office quickly as well. Would recommend this dealership and definitely Sam!
