The experience was great , being difficult to get to the actual dealership during business hours , they facilitated as much as possible by phone , email , text . And with the Docusign option took care of most everything remotely . We purchased a used Honda to replace a car totaled in a car accident , so not the most exciting reason to buy a car , but the experience was great nonetheless the less
