Our experience with Bao was fantastic. He previously worked in the Mercedez-Benz manufacturing facility so he is very knowledgeable about all of the features of the cars. He is very efficient and a pleasure to work with.

They are rookies regarding closing the deal.

They are rookies regarding closing the deal. For Mercedes, they made my experience horrible. Took 3.5 weeks to come back that the bank didn’t buy my loan. Then they wanted to rewrite the loan at a higher interest, more money down and remove the extended warranty I bought. I offered to pick up my trade in and give them the Benz back but they already shipped out my trade in. Rookies!!!
