Used car, The milage as advertised was 20,000 miles

Used car, The milage as advertised was 20,000 miles off-more miles, as we took possession and drove the car off the lot the Engine trouble light came on and was repaired. The sales rep initially indicated this car, a Honda trade-in, was thoroughly checked and with all the subsequent issues it was obvious that was not the case The salesperson took no personal responsibility for overlooking existing dents New owner had the dents addressed- out of pocket expense and Sales rep made it clear it was the responsibility of the purchaser to identify this issue the dents and any other issue with the car. The Front OEM driving lights never worked, the second FOB never worked, and the Sales rep was fully aware the second FOB did not work, it was in his possession at time of purchase. Sales manager has been slow to respond to these issues and as I would expect has been supportive of his sales rep. There have been other issues, heater does not heat well , pull release for the back seat does not release the seats but these have been the issues identified, by the purchaser that should have been identified by the dealership and full disclosure to the buyers but were not, On a personal level, we would not have purchased this vehicle if there had been full discloser prior to purchase. A side note, we did purchase a used E-350 coupe from your dealership and our experience was completely different, wonderful on all counts and there were 2 items that were identified, brought to our attention, addressed. A reason we decided to purchase the Honda Trade-in from the Mercedes dealership.

I went to Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek to buy a used

I went to Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek to buy a used vehicle, and they could not have been more helpful, and made the whole experience the best I?ve had at a dealership. My salesman, Jeremy, was friendly and attentive, and everyone in the finance department was so great, helping me out at every step, including getting me a really helpful warranty. I highly recommend them for any new or used vehicle.

Bought a Tesla Model S plaid from them.

Bought a Tesla Model S plaid from them. They misrepresented the price on the title due to which I have to pay more taxes. Finance dept accepted the error but refused to compensate me. Contacted several people in the dealership including the GM (Jason) but did not get this resolved. They also overcharged me for car delivery. Stay away from them.

Very Disappointed — Misleading, Unprofessional, and No

Very Disappointed — Misleading, Unprofessional, and No Accountability I purchased my vehicle from Mercedez Benz of Walnut Creek in late January 2024. I added the PermaPlate warranty to protect the interior, thinking it was a smart investment. The day after I picked the car up , I noticed a tear in the seat seam. I immediately reached out to ask about submitting a warranty claim, and the salesperson told me I needed to wait at least a month. That turned out to be completely wrong — when I submitted the claim, it was denied for being outside the 30-day window. So the warranty I paid for was made useless by their bad advice. From there, I spent months trying to get this resolved. I made repeated calls to the dealership, was passed around, ignored, and finally had to find the manager’s number myself. I texted him multiple times and was ghosted until I threatened to escalate the issue to corporate. Eventually, they told me they’d fix the seat, but the repair they did looks like it was done by hand in a hurry — uneven stitching, frayed thread, and worse than before. This is not the level of quality I expect from a dealership that sells luxury vehicles. I’m incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who expects to be treated fairly or with respect after the sale.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to Marjorie from Walnut Creek. She was the absolute best! Made getting a new car such a seamless process. I was very specific with what I was looking for, and she helped me find the perfect car. This was my first time doing business with Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek and will highly recommend them, most especially Marjorie. Whether it’s online or in person, you can ask for her- you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!!!
