bait & switch STEALership

this is a bait & switch stealership. they advertise "simple pricng" which is all a lie. theyll tell you the price of a vehicle is the msrp, but what they dont advertise is all the added stuff they add to the vehicle on purpose to price gauge you. i looked at getting a tundra and was told the price was $70k, but with all the added stuff that they added whether you wont it or not, the price was now going to be $88k! whats the difference between that, and all the other stearships adding markups?

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! First there someone in their service department shares my service file with someone online and now it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach their finance or sales team. Ridiculous

I bought a used 2016 Mazda 3 here for a little over $20k

I bought a used 2016 Mazda 3 here for a little over $20k from Toyota of Marin. They said it was in good shape, and that they had checked and serviced the car. I had gone back to ask about when to get an oil change. The mechanic said that they had just serviced the car and the oil was set. They put a sticker on windshield and said to come back at 55k miles to change the oil. to change the oil. Then at 52k miles, only 3 mos later, the check engine came on. I went straight to my mechanic. There was no oil leak, but the car needed 4 quarts of oil and the engine had overheated. I went back to Toyota Marin, and they offered to refund me only $11,500 for the car. After much persuasion, they raised in $1000 to $12,500. I went to this dealership because I heard they were trustworthy. They kept over $8k of what I paid for a car that I thought was a good solid car. This is bad business. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from the Toyota Marin.

Bad Business - Untrustworthy

Fast service, no Covid precautions

The service was friendly. Repairs were fast. However, agents should be wearing masks since the customer area is crowded. And the ventilation needs to be enhanced.
