I was contacted about a recall and checked my car quickly. The agent who assisted me got my car checked in under an hour because I was waiting, and he got the car washed. What a treat.

Leo is awesome! I have known him and worked with him for 3.5 years in the Service Dept. and he knows everything about Toyotas. He also knows what good customer service is all about and always tries to get the best deal possible for me when servicing my Toyota.

Amazing service
My advisor was very knowledgeable and made my experience very easy. Time is a big deal for being being very busy everyday and he got me in and out quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Toyota Marin is The place for service!
My Prius is always serviced by Toyota Marin. Recently I had to replace the hybrid battery. The dealership in Alameda quotes 5K to replace it and Toyota Marin did it for 2.8K. Oscar, the customer service advisor, was really tuned into customer service. He takes so much delight in his work. He loves his job which says a lot about the entire staff.
