Very friendly staff and the easiest car purchase I have every made. Being almost 150 miles from Newport Fisker, communication was seamless and easy. I was allowed to drive the car home right after a short test drive.

They show the car and answer your questions. Then leave you to it. They are fair and honest. Every car dealership should be run this way.

I don't usually shop at non-franchise dealers but my wife found an Acura MDX she loved on their website. I was skeptical having bad experiences in the past. But Zed and the entire family are stand up guys. There was a problem with the AC that surfaced the day after we bought the car and they went the extra mile to make it right. I'm SOOOO glad, that I found this place when I was shopping for 2007 MBZ S550, that I decided to find this dealership web site and leave a review. About 1.5 years ago I was looking for S-Class. Visited about 4-5 dealerships, and that dealership visit experience was so under pressure, I was feeling, that they will not let me go without buying they car. The Bank interest rate was very high and cars was pricy, and I was followed and pushed to buy the car. I was feeling so upset and depressed after dealership experience, that I even decided not to buy this car anymore. But then I fount Ideal Motors, price was great for the black S-Class they had for sale, location was in nice area. And my boyfriend ask me to go see this car, one last time, if there will be the same dealership atmosphere we will leave. When we arrived I was very surprised then nobody jumped on my back trying to make me to buy this car. Sorry, I forgot the person, who helped me, name, but he was very nice and helpful. We got the keys for this car, and we was totally on our own and we been inspecting the car for a while. The salesman was only showing up when I was calling him and asking some questions. Also he let us test drive the car on our own as long as we wanted. We inspected that MBZ VERY WELL. I was happy, that I fount the car I was looking for very long time :) When I told, that I love the car and I will be very glad to buy it. We even got some price reduction from already good price. The salesman also was very helpful with the Bank financing, and 100% because of his good work, I got 10% less interest than I was approved in all previous dealerships. As I told, I own this Mercedes already for 1.5 years and every time I got behind the wheel, I say thank you for the opportunity to own this amazing vehicle. I'm so thankful, that I found this dealership. Thank you guys! My car still runs great and I really enjoying it every single day :) Buy the way, in a little bit I will going to shop for younger S-class again and I will give you, guys, a call.

This was the easiest and less stressful car purchasing experience I have ever had. I purchased a Land Rover from Ideal Motors This family owned dealership is above all.
