just now New WARNING! Do not do business with this dealership! They will lie directly to your face and nothing that they “promise “ you will be honored. Do not believe their pre inspection guarantee, they do not inspect their vehicles at all. I went in on Sunday January 8th to purchase a used 2013 JX35 they had listed online. I was promised that the car had passed their rigorous 50 point inspection and it had no issues whatsoever. I test drove the car and immediately noticed the dash had a low washer fluid warning light on. Other than that the car drove fine around the two block area they let you test drive it on. The car looked good but was not detailed. So I decided purchased the car with cash on my debit card and told them I would pick up the car the next day after it had been detailed and had washer fluid added to remedy the warning light. I was also told that they didn’t have the inspection report to give me because their service department was already closed. First red flag! So the next day I went to pick up the vehicle and I noticed the washer fluid light was still on. I was told they added fluid to it but it needed to be driven around first before it would turn off. Second red flag! So I drove the car to the nearest gas station and opened the hood to added water and the hood wouldn’t stay up, but the light went off. Well at that point I started to become very concerned about the fact that this car passed a rigorous 50 point inspection if both of those things were not working. So I drove back to the dealership and asked for the inspection report and decided to drive it home to inspect the car myself. Well let me tell you that car was never inspected. Not only was I not disclosed issues that were marked on the report but there were numerous other problems as well. The car wouldn’t lock at all, they was severe flood damage due to the sunroof leaking, and none of the electrical components were working at all. At that point I became aware of the shady sales tactics this dealership uses and thought how could this car pass a rigorous 50 point inspection with all of these things not working but being marked as working. I knew I had to return the car. So the next day I drove it back to the dealership mind you I live over an hour away to return the car. When I got there I sat for over an hour and a half waiting for someone to help me. Finally Hann who I signed the paperwork with came out and helped me. Because the car had a 5day 250 mile return period he didn’t argue with me about the return. I was then told by Hann that my money would be returned to me first thing the next morning and he would call me directly at 11am to confirm. Well that didn’t happen. I’ve been calling the dealership for 2 days now asking where my money is and I still don’t have it back in my account. Now I being told it takes up to two weeks to get your money back. This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They will lie and not help you at all. I’ve wasted 4 days because of their lies and dishonesty!

Our sales associate, sales manager, and finance manager were all knowledgeable, gracious, and respectful. Following our purchase the communication from MB has been exemplary, more so than any car dealership we have dealt with before.
