Manly Honda

Had tires rotated on my Honda Pilot a month ago and now am hearing a grinding noise (not consistently and not on command) coming from the right front tire when turning and breaking at slow rate of speed. Had this checked twice and am being told that everything is fine. Each time I have it checked I'm charged a diagnostic fee. This issue wasn't happening prior to the tire rotation. Feelijg frustrated that the problem hasn't been fixed and also scared that this grinding is causing damage that will make my car drive unsafely for myself and family.

These guys have help me out and made it so easy when I needed a vehicle. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again.

First time to this dealership and I'm totally impressed! My car needed servicing and Ron Timms was my advisor. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He called me during the day to give me updates on my car's status and the possibility of a more complicated/costly fix. Fortunately, we didn't have to do that now. also, Denise Rice helped me with a loaner car. She was friendly, nice and very knowledgable and quickly gave me instructions and I was on my way. Bill Robertson Is an excellent service manager. If I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to have him help me I will. He always explains everything very thoroughly and keeps me updated all the time. If I have any problems he always is quick to help me. We have three Honda vans and get them serviced regularly.

Excellent sales team! Love the great attention to detail. We had a wonderful sales experience every time. I will definitely trust them again on our next upgrade.
