Never purchased a new car before. Between that and making the decision to jump up to a hybrid I had quite a few questions and spent a bit of time "kicking tires." Juan was my primary contact and he was very patient and knowledgeable. When he handed me off to others on the sales staff and finance department they were all very professional and friendly. Thanks!

This was very amazing. The employees were extremely helpful and very polite. I did not feel pressured and felt very helped. The salesman who helped me, Alex Iniguez, was sure helpful. He made me feel comfortable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for within a reasonable price.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and good safety protocols. Alex Iniguez was very knowledgeable, transparent and great to deal with. I enjoyed the transparency and simply desire to make a sale where everyone walks away happy.

I bought a used car here in 2015 with not a good...

I bought a used car here in 2015 with not a good experience from salesman.There was a lot of promises made and not kept. I was determined to not use this dealer again after that experience. Now in 2020 I was looking for a car for my daughter and she found one at this dealership. Not being excited to go there we went and looked at It anyway. The salesman this time was great to deal with. I would highly recommend Greg Morelos to deal with when shopping for a car. He really changed my perspective on this dealership!

I had an excellent experience with Svetlana (Sales) and...

I had an excellent experience with Svetlana (Sales) and Mike (Service) Svetlana saw me in the car lot looking lost and asked how she could help me. She took me and my husband directly to the vehicle for which I was searching--an HR-V--and patiently worked with us while we weighed the decision to purchase same day (which we ended up doing). It was a pleasure to work with her. After I made a long trip with the HRV, I returned to have it looked over to ensure everything was good, and Mike was the person in the service department who assisted me. He answered all the questions I posed and ensured I had a clear understanding of the wait time. He contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick-up and had it parked in an easy to find spot to which he guided me when I returned. Presuming the service these two provided is a reflection on the organization at large, you will have a fantastic experience at Manly.

I arrived early for my 7:30a appointment and was taken...

I arrived early for my 7:30a appointment and was taken promptly. My Service Advisor, Ronald Times, was thorough and polite. I was able to wait, observing the distance and masking requirements, and my car was ready by 10:00a. I want to add that the man who booked my appointment on the telephone, Jose (I think), was extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you to all the Manly people who helped me!
