Tim was helpful and had some great recommendations for my purchase of an HR-V at Manly. It was easy to work with him, and he answered every question asked by me and/or my husband to ensure we were clear on what our dollars were getting.

I've never gotten better service or customer care at any other dealership in my life, or any other business at all. Completely perfect professionals, Jose Rocha and Denise Rice make me feel like family and well cared for. I sincerely and greatly appreciate the outstanding honesty, competency, friendliness, professionalism,knowledge, and timeliness they've both always shown me as well as the other excellent staff Ive dealt with. I always request for Jose Rocha. He is a very honest and sincere representative. He is not pushy in anyway and is always willing to work with the customer. He takes the time to explain everything in detail which I do appreciate. He is the best!

A young woman by the name of America (Denise Rice) was so helpful to me through a very difficult process. My credit card will shut down when the amount is over a thousand dollars as a safety precaution until I notify them and verify my account. I was unable to contact them as my phone was not getting clear reception. America was so kind, offered to let me use her cell phone. She was patient, compassionate and while I was uncomfortable through the whole process she brought me to peace and helped me relax. I so appreciate her. What a wonderful employee to have representing the business. Give her a raise or whatever needs to be done to keep her. She definitely went the extra mile and then some to serve me and make me feel comfortable.

Brought my car in for normal service, and some warranty work. Both employees I dealt with were very efficient, and very pleasant to work with. A loaner was provided at no charge, as my car had to stay a day or two at the dealer. They even offered an Uber ride home, if I would have like that instead.

Bringing my Civic in for its 60k mile service couldn't have been easier! Everyone I worked with was spectacular, answered all my questions, and made the whole process so easy. Can't wait to come back for my next oil change.
