I am at high risk for COVID-19, and am a caretaker for...

I am at high risk for COVID-19, and am a caretaker for my mom, so cleanliness is important to me at this point in time. Upon entering the building, I saw that every desk had antibacterial gel, every person was wearing a mask, and social distance was observed. When looking at the vehicle I was assured that every vehicle is thoroughly Disinfected after every use. The car sales person named Jesse was extremely helpful and informative. I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle, but instead felt informed and was able to make the choice on my own. I highly recommend this dealership.

Fantastic Customer Service by Sales and Finance Team

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was so good that I went back to this dealership when I needed my next vehicle. The second purchase experience was just as good as the first. The prices were competitive, the entire team was friendly and transparent. There were no hidden surprises when I got to finance, my contract was exactly what we discussed during the sales process.

Totally Pleased

After much research, I visited the Manly website then contacted the dealership. I purchased the car I wanted at a great price. The customer service was exceptional and the sales reps were professional and attentive to details. I am totally pleased with the vehicle and the purchase experience.

Nothing special but not bad, good service and so far I haven’t had any problems with the car and I understand everything they charged me for, about what I expected, not lower or higher than my expectations.

Thanks Manly!

Bill Robertson is an asset to the Manly service department and has once again taken great care of the family Honda Civic. I noticed there was a little less air in one tire, I mentioned it to him during an oil change appointment, and the team managed to find a staple in the tire! I was able to get a new tire installed as it was not repairable, and they had me back on the road safely in a short amount of time!

I feel I received a good deal on my trade in as well as...

I feel I received a good deal on my trade in as well as my purchase. With that said I feel the sales staff cannot be educated on all makes of vehicles. This leaves the purchaser with a lot of work to do trying to get answers on vehicle operation. I believe all vehicles should be detailed inside and out prior to sale, mine was not. Sticky steering wheel should have been my first clue. I feel each vehicle should have a safety test and updated service performed prior to sale. I had to wait for my vehicle to be serviced and I never received a detailed report on the vehicles status. I’m sure it was performed but a written report goes a lot further then a green sticker on the windshield. I have to take it to a dealership to get this report so I have a basis to start with. Finance was comfortable and easy and believe it or not the best part of purchasing experience. Over all I believe purchasing a new vehicle may be this companies strength, Beware of used car pushers. Make sure your car is clean, get all your questions about your vehicles operation, even if it takes all day, and demand a written inspection And service report in writing.

Great car-buying experience

Coming into the dealership, I didn't think I would be walking away with a car so quickly, but Tim played a big role in helping me through the buying process. I had a great experience for a first time buyer and it was super fast with no hassle. Everyone there were really informative and made my time there very pleasant. I would buy from this dealership again in the future.
