Very helpful staff for an important service

I would like to first and foremost share my gratitude and thank you towards Jose. He made this experience swift especially since there was an issue regarding warranty and the current vehicle I took in. From getting us a loaner car while the car was in the shop to the moment we picked up the car. Car was fixed and my front suspension is in much better condition than before. Thank you.

Great service continues...

It's nice to see that some places never change. The level of service and hospitality offered by Manly Honda in Santa Rosa is still top notch. The service area has taken an extra steps in ensuring the health safety of customers with clean personal barriers and plenty of hand sanitizer. The area is normally immaculate anyway. I worked with Chris Reid. He was welcoming and clearly explained all services that my car would endure. . I appreciate the text contact to let me know of any changes and progress made. My car was completed within the promised time frame and the prices were very reasonable. They were even kind enough to wash my car! Chris had a balance of professionalism and genuine kindness worthy of Manly Honda. It is this level homestyle hospitality that earns my business and trust every time.

Happy Outcome

I booked my service appointment in advance and identified through the web portal the reason for the visit was to troubleshoot the AC no longer working. On the day the service was to be performed it was identified Service was out of the component for the AC. It took a few days to get it in before troubleshooting could take place. This seems like a common enough item that should have been kept stocked up. I think because of this Ron comp my Uber costs which I do appreciate.
