Attentive sales personnel

We initially felt no one was going to take time to talk to us; when we finally got connected with a sales person, John Hathaway, the experience completely turned around. John was attentive, answered all our questions, took the time to take a test drive with us and walked us through the process. He introduce us to Josh Feinberg, who worked up the financial papers for us -- Again, we were treated with courtesy and respect. All questions were answered and in fact Josh assisted us in getting better financing than I had hoped for. This was a long process made much more pleasant by the assistance of the two men listed above. Thank you Manley Honda for having this type of employee on your staff.

The pick up and delivery service is great!! Spent a few...

The pick up and delivery service is great!! Spent a few minutes on the phone to iron out some details and they took care of the rest. I hope to see this type of service continue in the future.

Went in to get a few items fixed including the AC. 1...

Went in to get a few items fixed including the AC. 1 month later AC is still having same problem. Rest of items still work. All interactions were high quality customer service. When I got my car back I found a Versace earpod case and gave it back to the service team.

great service

I went in to get my oil changed and I was given a discount for my first time having service done. Ron was very friendly and easy to work with. He even offered me a free license plate. I will be back again for sure. would recommend honda for either buying a vehicle or getting your service done.

It was a very good experience.

I first met with John Hathaway, a salesman. He helped me because I have never owned a Honda before. During the car purchase process Joshua Feinberg was very good at explaining every step of the purchase process.

Excellent Costumer Service

First of all, I would like to say that the employees working here are extremely nice and helpful. They are the best in the city because of how friendly and hardworking they are. They gave me the best deal that I couldn't say no to.
