Great Experience with Civic Service

I brought my Honda Civic hybrid in for service recently and was surprised by how soon I was able to make an appointment for maintenance and a smog test. Bill helped me out and provided lots of useful suggestions and information. The work was all completed extremely quickly and the whole process was very efficient. Thanks!

A fantastic dealership to buy a car. Relaxed, non pressured, and honest. Huge effort and what felt like tireless energy from Jesse, Tim, and Sean. It was a very pleasurable purchasing experience. We felt more like a friend than a customer.

The staff very kind I went in there stressed not knowing exactly what I wanted. Within the first hour Abraham showed a couple of vehicles and I was able determine exactly I needed and wanted. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and helpful Miguel, Rosa and Tim and it happend happend for me I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle. Abraham and Miguel thanks for being so patient with me.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

Times are strange. Manly provided great information, car buying choice, no-pressure sales, smooth and easy buying transaction, and even car delivery. Alex Kulha was patient and kind throughout. I couldn't ask for anything more! Best experience ever!

very professional and courteous service experience

This shop provides courteous, professional service. These folks found a nail in one tire and repaired it, they completed the serive in a timely manner. Bill was knowledgable and friending, he made the experience very comfortable.

Great experience

I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my service started. All the staff were taking the extra measures for everyone’s safety (re COVID-19). I also came in contact with Mary Beth and Tracee both with smiles under their masks! I could tell by their demeanor and interaction with me. I asked Denise if she could get something out of my car and she happily obliged. Ted advised me my service could take up to 3 hours due to an issue I was having with my key fob and the extra measures they were taking with sanitizing the cars. I decided to wait outside and read. I received a text from Ted about an hour later saying my car would be ready sooner than expected. He also contacted the warranty company and confirmed my key fob was still under warranty (saving me $175 for testing and reprogramming). My car was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I’ve always had great service with Manly Honda And this service was above and beyond. Thank you!
