Sean and Scott were both great.

Sean and Scott were enormously helpful in helping me buy out my lease, all during a pandemic. I really appreciated their responsiveness and help. I would give them both five stars, for sure.

Great Service

I just have to say that the last thing I wanted to do during this shelter-in-place was to take my car in for a 10K service. I put it off for 6 weeks, and then just had to bite the bullet. I pulled onto the lot 10 minutes before my 7:30am appointment, and immediately Denise was there to welcome me and check me in. It would have been understandable to have waited until 7:30am when the office opened, but it just makes my day when people like Denise don't let those technicalities get in the way of providing exemplary service. Right after Denise checked me in, Bill came out to explain exactly what to expect. He was really clear and really approachable. Once Jennifer was ale to confirm my insurance for a rental car, she took no time to complete the paperwork and have the rental brought around. This was a lesson in efficiency without missing the points of service. By 7:40 was driving off the lot. And, when I returned to pick my car up, the process was even more seamless. I bought my car from Manly Honda, but have taken it two other Honda dealerships for previous services. Denise, Bill and Jennifer have convinced me to always bring my Accord back to Manly Honda for services.

Good Service

The service was good and easy. With the cornavirus and shelter in place - they were so helpful. Helped with transportation and made check in and check out easy. I have a lease so had to get the service done.

Great service during a difficult time with Covid19

Wanted a new lease as old one was expiring. Manly gave me a good price on the car I wanted, delivered it to my house and picked up my old leased car and returned it for me. Additionally allowed me to complete all the required info. and paperwork either over the phone or brought it to me at my house. really appr3eciated the service and concern!

Start to finish, excellent service from all.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and I keep going back because the service is always excellent. Even better, during "stay at home" orders, my salesman; Scott Hess, promptly delivered my new vehicle at the time we agreed, vehicle was fully detailed and a had full tank of gas, NICE!

New Tires done right !!

Ted Krupinski did an outstanding job from beginning to end in a challenging COVD-19 environment. Discussed tire choices in great detail on the phone to minimize time at the dealership, educating us on the different tire performance metrics, and finding the best value. Due to a tire puncture on one of the original tires we had to replace the entire set early, so Ted surprised us with an additional "Road Hazard" discount that saved us an additional 30% on the sale priced tires !! Outstanding, and this was after we had already agreed on the higher price on the phone !!! Truly, Ted went above and beyond to help us out, and we will request him by name the next time we need Service !!!! Thanks, Mike & Kate Olivier

In and OUT! Awesome Service Department :)

I bought my 2016 Honda HRV from Many back in August, and needed my key fob battery replaced. I came in and was swiftly greeted by Denise Rice despite them being busy. She took my key, ran it in, and before I was even finished parking was coming out to return it to me. She was very sweet too.

Great Service

For a first time buying a car, this was a very painless experience. Benjamin explained the whole process thoroughly, was very helpful, and was very friendly. The car was cleaned thoroughly and in great condition before hand-off.
