Disgusting service from Service Dept

Absolute disgusting botch of recall service on 2003 Honda Element. Have already filed complaint with Honda Corporate and will continue to file more. Stay Away!

At the same time, we hope that you were able to rectify your battery issue that was unrelated to the replacement of the air bag. A lot of things happen to vehicles that are 17 years old and have over 200k miles. As you mentioned prior, your recent ownership of the vehicle may not have in enlightened you to the full extent of issues that the vehicle currently has or will have in the near future. Found and fixed a problem that was difficult to track down

Andrew Hirayama and his team found and fixed an intermittent problem that had been going on for several months. Andrew kept me in the loop throughout the repair, even updating me about the status of the replacement part order. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and the problem was successfully resolved.

siriusXM Satellite malfunction

SiriusXM was not communicating with my vehicle's Satellite receiver. I dropped off the car early and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours.

Got maintenance plus new floor mats

I've bought 2 vehicles from and have worked with Manly since 2005. I do not plan on going anywhere else, as long as I am happy with good service and a quality, reliable vehicle. However, I've noticed prices are by going up. It would be nice if there were more coupons and special deals for good, long term costomers.
