Denise and Tracee are the BEST!

Denise and Tracee are star employees that went above and beyond to help me. My signal light indictor needed to be changed and when I explained to them why I couldn't leave my car for an hour or two (my husband was having chemo infusion and I needed to get back) they jumped in and got the part and changed the bulb. They are the best!! I thank them both for helping me and getting me back on the road with a safe vehicle. Thank you Denise and Tracee, Carlotta Vallerga

Ted and Tom

This was the first scheduled maintenance on our pilot along with a tow package commitment and Ted and Tom and the crew were informative and gave me credit for a discount I didn't know about. Everything went smoothly and efficiently so I couldn't have asked for more.

Efficient Service

Appreciate the drop off service to minimize my time to check in for service. Was contacted by text that service was complete a few hours before I was told it would be done and I appreciate that too. Keep up the good work gentlemen and stay safe.

I dropped my 2016 Honda Civic off for an oil change...

I dropped my 2016 Honda Civic off for an oil change because her oil light came on and I worked with Jennifer at the front door. She was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful but also taking charge and directing people which was wonderful to see during the chaos of Covid 19. She had a tough job and she was able to balance all of it. I was extremely impressed. I also worked with Ron. He was also super wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know anything about cars, I’ll be upfront. I always worry that I’ll get taken advantage of because of that but Ron walked me through every step and explained what was what and how it would help my car. Thank you and your people for working in such a scary and troublesome time. I felt like not only was my car safe, but your employees and customers were also safe. Rock on guys.

Scott Longaker helped me purchase two vehicles in the past six months. While both purchases were incredibly easy, the most recent purchase (Honda Odyssey Elite) further demonstrated Scott's commitment to customer service. Scott was able to match the lowest price we found from another dealer, obtain the exact color and trim we wanted, and had it delivered so that we didn't need to make a road trip and sit at a dealership with two young kids. In addition, Scott matched the offer we received from Car Max for our trade-in. Chuck, the delivery driver, was very courteous. I tell anyone in the market for a car to talk to Scott at Manly Honda.
