They were friendly and easy to deal with. The first vehicle we bought was a 2018 used Honda Civic. However, we had to return it due to the fact that it had been in a previous accident. There was no problem with that and we were very satisfied with the results

Great Service!

I purchased my car from Manly Honda less than 5 years ago and have loved driving it. When it started to act up, I was sure to take it to Manly Honda first thing! There was an issue with the transmission that was covered by warranty and Bill was great to explain what was wrong and what needed to happen for it to get fixed. Bill was great on keeping me up to date on the progress with my car. I ended up needing a rental while it was being fixed and Jennifer at the rental desk was awesome! I had mentioned my interest in a newer bigger car, so when it came to picking the rental car, she set me up with a new CRV while my civic was being fixed. She was quick and efficient and got me in and out in a timely manor so I could get back to work. I was able to pick up my car a week later and it was good as new! I will continue to take my car to Manly because I always get such great personable service!

It was chaos. We are all adjusting to a crazy new normal....

It was chaos. We are all adjusting to a crazy new normal. Honda was bombarded with people who were ordered to stay home. Honda employees were inundated with people trying to drop off cars and leave in order to comply with new rules of social separation. The Honda employees handled this day better than I think most could have. I had a flat tire and was taken care of ASAP. I left my car and was in no hurry given the circumstances. I want to honor the Honda employees for handling that day, and many more I’m sure, with great attitudes and attention to their customers. Stay healthy< Linda Martel

Good service

Timely service. The service person was very helpful and polite. I got a clean car back. The service rep showed me khow to do something I didn't know how to do. Very nice.

I needed airbag to be fixed due to recall. This...

I needed airbag to be fixed due to recall. This appointment happened to be during the Corona Virus outbreak. The entire staff was very professional and courteous while still taking every health precaution. I did not want/need nor wish to linger in the department but was also not rushed out without my needs addressed. Jennifer and Ron were great and whoever FINALLY figured out that noise in the sway bar, thank you.
