Great experience even when the issue was my oversight

I showed up to Manly in the rain when there was an extensive line of cars in the service line. I didn't wait more than two minutes before Denise came to my car, found my appointment details, and very pleasantly explained what to do and expect next. A few minutes later, Mark called me from the waiting room, and we ran through the details of my concern. This was my second experience with Mark as my service rep., and he is great. I made this service appointment because I was sure that Manly had miswired the receptacle for the trailer hitch that they had installed about a year before. Mark assured me that they would diagnose it and make it right quickly if it was miswired. When he called me a few hours after I left Manly to explain that they found that the issue was a blown fuse, he presented it in a way that didn't make me feel like a fool, which I very much appreciated. From the moment that Denise greeted me at my car to paying my bill with Mark, I felt that I was treated with respect and fairness.

Usually very polite and clear. Up front about costs. Staff is efficient. The multiple-drink selection coffee machine in the waiting area is a plus.

Excellent sales people and service. Best experience I have had buying a car!! AJ (Internet Sales) and Dave (Finance) had everything ready so we were in and out in 90 minutes.

The customer service I received was abysmal. I have never...

The customer service I received was abysmal. I have never been treated so outwardly rude; the service advisor I was assigned to should not be in the customer service business. After purchasing three cars from Manly and regularly having them serviced there, I’m seriously considering not going back.....just on the chance I might have to deal with this guy. It’s a shame because the customer service used to be so good and I know there are some good people working there. Aside from the jerk I had to deal with I’ve seen a decline in customer service in other areas too. They need more staff at the cashier/receptionist desk. The woman working there seems pleasant enough but having to do some much multitasking can make her seem curt.

Hi Brian Manly here, Well I see you and Nick have had some communication about your visit. Yes sometimes people just rub folks wrong. Their attitude, they way they address, they way they take questions or input. How they talk or how they might look, I get it. After working hard to earn your business over multiple purchases I would hate to allow the feelings toward one individual to ruin that relationship. There is probably one person at every business that a client would prefer to steer clear from. Yes we are extremely busy and everyone has a full plate all day. I think it would be like that restaurant that when you walk in its absolutely jammed. Better that than nobody wanting to do business with them and the place is empty. But busy or not the guest should never feel as if they are being treated abysmally or with any type of disrespect. So for your recent experience I really do apologize and lets get you next time to someone you have experience with and feel more comfortable dealing with. Communication with the service department...

Communication with the service department representatives that are assigned to your vehicle and information regarding coverage is lacking. I brought my vehicle in because the tire light was on again ( multiple tire issues with the Honda Accord Sport 2018- seems to be a constant) I was told the car would be in and out quickly because tire issues take precedence . Received a call several hours later that the tire would be replaced due to a screw next to the side wall. They left a message regarding the price, when I called and let Ron know I have Zurich insurance ( which he had no clue I had) I then had to call back and was told hours later the technicians would just patch it. Because the car was done being worked on so late I had to pick it up on Saturday only to drive off the lot and have the tire light come back on. I’ve been extremely frustrated with the level of service and communication from the service department . Started out good when I first got the vehicle and quickly declined. Seems very dishonest that they went from the tire needing to be replaced to “we’ll patch it up” now that we’ve looked into it further once they new I had Zurich insurance. I built the insurance into my payment for a reason. If the tire has an issue and that was the initial consensus then replace it . When the tires are all back up to par then shouldn’t your technicians be resetting the Calibration, no indication whether that was done or not.

I had the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had working with the salesman Tilio Jimenez. Tilio was fantastic! I felt all along the he genuinely wanted me to find my car and that’s exactly what happened. I can’t say enough how positive this car buying experience was. My process to buy to a min but Tilio never rushed me or pressured me and that made all the difference. Thank you!!!! Y habla español!! Si quiere comprar un carro les recomiendo a el 100% sabe mucho de carros!

Excellent service

Mark was my service advisor for my Pilot. He took the time to check past services to make sure which parts and service I needed for my 120,000 service and not duplicate previous services. He explained everything really well and set me up for a loaner car. Thank you Mark for taking time and providing excellent customer service. Jennifer handled my loaner car transaction and was a really nice and efficient.

Professional, efficient and economical.

Very organized processes: reservations, scope of service, check-in and checkout. Provisions were available for transportation, which I did not need because duration of service was short. Personnel were knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
