MB of Santa Rosa is a model business. We just got a used vehicle there, and our experience was beyond positive. Liborio Rodriguez is an excellent sales manager. He was always available for follow-up questions, helped with all concerns, negotiated a great discount, and made the entire process easy and sufficient. I highly recommend MB of Santa Rosa. Their customer service is simply exemplary.

When I showed interest in buy a used car they raised the price. Used car sales people will never change. That's too bad.

Very poor experience.

Very poor experience. I was ready to purchase a vehicle, when on the day of the appointment he cancelled saying the vehicle was taken to the body shop for a repair. He "forgot" to tell me that the price had gone up overnight by more than $2000. When questioned his answer was "supply and demand"

Tiffany Weber is amazing.

Tiffany Weber is amazing. She makes our experience with Mercedes so pleasant. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken card of. We have 3 Mercedes now and bring our cars to her because she makes a difference. She is the reason we stay with Mercedes, hands down. She should get a promotion. She is a major asset for the company. .

I found sales easy and pleasant to work with.

I found sales easy and pleasant to work with. I’ve found most all parts staff to be kind and helpful when I came looking for accessories for my new Mercedes. The cashiers are nice. The young men that checked me in for my first service were delightful. My service person (Tiffany) was kind and patient with all of my questions. Other than calling into the dealership, which is a hassle the dealer staff is great, they are welcoming and treat you like family. Thank you.

Deric O'Shaughnessy gave me the best customer service I've ever had. Through a series of obstacles he was committed to making sure my vehicle was fully taken care of. Exceptional Service department. They work as a...

Exceptional Service department. They work as a coordinated Team to take care of their customers. We had our vehicle serviced today in the midst of this pandemic and in between fire and smoke events. The Family Team made us feel secure and safe while they serviced our vehicles. Everything about this dealership is absolutely outstanding. From the moment you drive into the Service Bay and you pick up your car they treat you with incredible car and attention to your specific needs.

Smother's Volvo is Amazing!!!!

They made it simple, and Ron seems like a car salesman who can actually be trusted! I appreciated their attentiveness, timeliness, honesty, and overall care. I made a little bit of drive because I was not getting the same level of care from my local volvo dealership, and I will make the drive again as a repeat customer at Smother's! A week after I leased the vehicle, I even noticed that a small sensor cap and tow hook cap were both missing from the front of my vehicle. I contacted Ron and within minutes, he ordered me new covers, will have them painted, and is shipping them to me! That is incredible service. Thank you!!!!!!

Incredible Service

Thanks to Dave and the team at Santa Rosa . Stopped in on our road trip down from Canada and they were able to service our sprinter that afternoon . So impressed by the professionalism and the fantastic service . Highly recommend .
