Auffenberg has always been the best company in my world for buying vehicles the integrity of the company the employees it has always been a very respectful company. I bought my last jeep this week at Auffenberg in Shiloh Illinois I feel comfortable there they answer all my questions. They were very good to me. I’m a disabled veteran and they treated me the same way they treated me 30 years ago. The word is trust and this is a legacy of this Car company

Everyone was wonderful. The telluride is an amazing vehicle. The carnival is a great one as well.

Extremely disappointed. We had our windows tinted at the dealership they tore the door panel. We reported it immediately and they scheduled an appointment for us eight days later and addition to the door panel problem the heated steering wheel gets barely warm. When the car was taken to the appointment eight days later, they did absolutely nothing on either issue. They said they’ll call us back and that the steering wheel is fine. Wasted an hour and a half of my day off for nothing. and we have reported our dissatisfaction with the dealership we’ll see what happens.

Steven was great to work with. It was a busy day and he had a lot going on but he was very attentive even in all the chaos! The worst part was waiting on finance (no fault of Stevens).
