The folks at Auffenburg Kia were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a mid-size SUV but didn't know which one. Our sales person Marissa was amazingly helpful, letting us test drive everything we were interested in and even driving us to the other Auffenburg buildings to test drive other brands. She did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. James made us feel very comfortable with our decision while we were closing the deal. He was VERY knowledgeable about the process and very passionate about his work and his employer. We feel like we found the right SUV for us at the best deal. Thank you.
