Bought our VW Atlas in Aug of 2025.

Bought our VW Atlas in Aug of 2025. Got the bumper to bumper warranty where the lady promised ten ways to Sunday that EVERYTHING would be covered except the normal wear and tear stuff. Guess what? She lied. I know- shocking. Trying to sell our atlas now to avoid ever going back to Auffenberg again.

I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and have always

I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and have always gotten a military discount. Now due to a “system issue” there is no discount, yet right across every page it says it’s applied. Either fix your system or don’t pretend that you’re giving a discount that you aren’t. Also, nearly 2 hours for an oil change is excessive especially with an appointment and knowing that I’m waiting.
