Was greeted when we walked in.

Was greeted when we walked in. Alec came and introduced himself and made the process of buying a new car so much easier than we thought it would be. Alec was wonderful to work with. he also helped us with insurance for our new vehicle. He was truly a delight to work with. James are finance officer was very kind and walked us through everything he made it so easy for us. It has been a pleasure doing business with Auffenberg

Service appointment was set and found brake wear that

Service appointment was set and found brake wear that would need to be taken care of “soon”. It was easier for me to get them taken care of while car was still in the shop. Service rep checked parts which had to be ordered but could get there that same day. Tech was able to get the job done. So, one trip to solve routine maintenance and brake replacement. I’m happy!

Did not want to give me the advertised online price shown

Did not want to give me the advertised online price shown when I got there. Also it took 6.5 hours for a cash sale which is ridiculous

People were super pushy trying to up the price and adding

People were super pushy trying to up the price and adding extra crap I didn't want or need. Told them no more than once and took over two hours to buy my car because they kept bringing more salesmen to try and coerce me into more expensive add ons.
