Service was fine but the pricing to fix our lower control

Service was fine but the pricing to fix our lower control arms was criminal. $1700 more than anywhere else. Absolutely crazy. Will not be coming back.

Our experience at Toyota Auburn with Mufasa was

Our experience at Toyota Auburn with Mufasa was exceptional. During our search for the ideal vehicle, he provided test drives, ensuring that we had the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate all available options. Additionally, he got us out of there fast with the truck we wanted. There was also a lady who helped us program my phone to the truck, so when leaving, everything was done perfectly and working.

Really hate being told things and the service department

Really hate being told things and the service department doesn’t follow through. Communication? Also they didn’t do our financing right so had to resign all the documents. Kind of a pain since I was there a long time the day we leased our vehicle.
