Excellent check-in and quick service. But attention to detail lacking. Service team failed to clean up broke glass from replacing my sunroof. I had to vacuum the sunshade with considerable difficulty. Previous experience, service team failed to reset Maintenance Needed alert. I had to return to dealership to have that done. Friendly and speedy service is a real plus. Now get the details completed and it will be 5-Star!

Arrived at 5:20 to pick up car.
Arrived at 5:20 to pick up car. Our rep was not at his desk so they’d let him know we were there. The staff discussed their plans for the evening, turned off the lights, said good night to one another. Left us standing there. Finally the assumed closer came along, asked who we were waiting for, said he was gone so he’d check us out. 30 minutes of waiting. CHANGE your process so someone else can check us out!
