After visiting 10 dealerships and being harassed by 13 salesmen while doing our homework, we stopped at Hove Nissan and met Ivan Garcia. he was patient, knowledgeable, and let my wife and I make our own decisions. he was prompt to fax me information (at my request) that he could have easily had me research myself on the internet. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and proved competitive when it came to price. Ivan, and the whole Hove team made a dreaded task a pleasure. After we decided on a new Altima, Ivan found us the one we wanted and delivered it like he said he would. Fantastic to find a salesman and a dealership where a handshake still means something.

As a senior citizen, I have purchased many new cars over the years. My recent experience with Hove Nissan in general and my sales consultant JR Lancaster was by far the best experience I have ever had. There was no game playing. Everything was above board and handled very professionally.

We walked in and browsed around without anyone interupting us or trying to steer us toward any particular vehicle. We were not rushed or pressured to make any purchase. We felt in control of our decision making process. Our sales consultant, Ivan Garcia, was very friendly and extremely patient during our indicisions and uncertainty. He displayed in dept knowledge of the vehicles and most of all, inventory. After receiving excellent service, I would strongly recomend Hove Nissan to all my friends and relatives.

I had an accident and needed a used car on a tight budget fast. There man Ivan really came through. When there was an issue with one of the vehicles (problem with financing a Canadian title) these guys went the extra mile finding me an alternative car that was just as good and friendlier to my budget. They will definitely be at the top of my list next time i need to look for a car. I never thought I would find a good replacement my old Saturn dealer until this.

It would be nice when the dealership put a car on the internet..to disclose everything wrong with the car..since gas prices are not cheap..allow the consumer to decide whether th drive far to come see the car..in most cases ..most people would not..but the salenan when called pretty much lie and say nothing may be wrong with the car to only drive 40 or so miles to find the car is a piece of junk..and then don't even offer gas money..

I travelled over 100 miles to visit this dealer. I was dealing with them via internet and their follow up was timely and comprehensive. RJ Lancaster was outstanding. The cars I wanted to view and drive were ready and there was no "down time". On my journey there I picked up a nail or something in my tire...when we noticed it was low RJ arranged to have the tire repaired while we test drove cars. Although I did not buy I was impressed and satisfied with the whole experience. I offered to pay for the repair and they let it go at no charge! If you visit this dealer, and you should, see RJ and visit the service department. Great bunch of people. I am happy to recommend HOVE BUICK NISSAN to anyone interested in not only new but a used car as well. Thanks!
