Buy a car from Marlo.

ASK for Marlo! He was amazing. We bought a beautiful Toyota Tundra. They have new and used trucks. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all. If I need another vehicle I will be back.

Easy Going

This group is easy going and easy to work with. No pressure whatsoever! They brought a vehicle over from the coast as we drove from Bend. Car was great but had a couple of issues. They jumped hoops to make sure we were satisfied and then delivered the car once they knew it was sound to us. Thanks so much Celso and Gustavo!!

A friend went with me when I was looking to buy a new car. . I did not know what I wanted been 14 years since I bought a new car. This was our first stop. The salesman Ozzy knew I wasnt buying that day but he took an incredible amount of time showing me everything on the Envision. My friend had bought her truck there a few months before this trip. I tried out several different vehicles at several different dealers Ended up that just the Buick and color I wanted just came off the truck. I live over 2 hours away so made arrangements to come up the next day and made a deposit on it, over the phone. Understood if I didnt like it no problem. I LOVED it. Was all bright and shiney waiting for me. I could have gotten more for my trade in but they also had a sale that just started and everything was in my budget so the paperwork was quick, I wasnt financing so it did go much quicker Everyone was very friendly and professional. Ozzy was a great no pressure salesman, answered all my questions so overall my buying experience was very positive. Hope I dont have to do it again tho.

Power Buick GMC of Salem. The guy Marlo is the real deal. Went above and beyond to get me in my new F150 today and I couldn't have been happier. The guy Marlo is a class act and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would check out Power Buick of GMC in Salem Oregon and ask for him. He has helped me into a few vehicles over the years and I will always look to him for help purchasing a new vehicle.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service. They squeezed me in for service even with a full day due to a scheduling error on my part. I offered to return another time, but they double booked just to get me in. I don?t know of any other service department that would do that for a customer. I will continue to schedule all my car maintenance with Power Buick.

Great place to start your shopping experience!

If you need a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend going to Power Buick GMC and ask for Celso. He is a person of integrity and will go the extra mile to help you find the right vehicle to meet your needs. Give him a shot before you buy anywhere else. Here is my latest buy from Power Buick and GMC (I believe this is vehicle number 4).

I bought my Silverado about a month ago.

I bought my Silverado about a month ago. 2 weeks me having it. The water pump gave away, I took it in they gave it back, then the heater didn't work and the radio didn't work no longer they tried to tell me the radio never worked called the salesperson she talked to them and they took it back in now here I am a week out without it. they've been giving me the runaround, not happy with the service at all.
