My other car needed too many repairs.

My other car needed too many repairs. I went to the used car lot looking for a 4-door Tacoma truck. They had a few in stock. Will was so courteous, kind, friendly and patient while I tested a couple trucks. I decided on one, a 2021 model. He walked me through the purchasing steps, and didn’t rush me. I have purchased a couple of trucks from the Springfield, OR. Dealership. The repair and oil change services are excellent also. Thank you Will!

Car was packed for a trip and wouldn't start.

Car was packed for a trip and wouldn't start...electric brake system warning. Ken at Lithia helped to diagnose a possible solution. Once jump started...it was the battery. We headed to Lithia and once there Ken met us and got the new battery installed in 15 minutes or so. We headed out directly on our trip. Really superior customer service!

I answered yes, but with reservations. No one came and checked me in for the service and therefore I waited longer than I should have and usually do when getting my oil changed. I had to go inside and get someone's attention.

I had the best experience I think I could’ve had buying a

I had the best experience I think I could’ve had buying a car for the first time and it was thanks to Samantha and Stephen. Before I even got there I called ahead and Samantha was the one I talked to. I wasn’t able to go in that same day so she kept me updated on the vehicles status until I was able to. When I did get there she was super nice, explained everything really well, and overall made me feel welcome. After we’d gotten all our stuff done there I had to go to financial and that’s where Stephen helped me. He was really nice and on it with trying to get everything printed off and filled out that I needed to sign. Like I said, I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience and it was thanks to these two outstanding employees so thank you again!
