Great Experience

Daniel Hernandez was our salesperson, very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The car basically sold itself, but he knew all the best features to promote, as well as the minor conveniences and nifty gadgets available. They didn't have the color we wanted, but we put a deposit on one that was due in about a month later. Daniel kept us posted on the progress of the delivery and it ended up getting there a week ahead of schedule. He gave us his personal cell phone information to keep in contact via text and came in on his day off to test drive the car. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends interested in buying a Honda.

Friendly staff

Jared was very friendly and helpful! I got my oil changed. He gave us a quote on tires, we like the price , so new tires were put on! Great price! Thank you

Great experience

The car was a gift to me. My experience was great! Josh, my sales rep, was friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make this a good experience. Marci, the financial rep was also very informative, friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Lithia again.

Outstanding work

Repair cost was as aggreed. and repair work was out standing. Was treated with respect. It nice to have the vehicle fixed. I am very impressed with the Service manager Steve Ferris

They helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for.

Got free oil changes when I purchased. This time I found out I got upgraded because Honda got rid of the synthetic blend and went full synthetic, and they performed a recall service and I was still out of there within about an hour, even when they were swamped.

Fast, great service!

Tony was a pleasure to work with! He got me in and out within an hour. I'd been dreading taking my car in for service for fear it would take forever, but it was quick and painless!
