Easy and fast
I had great service getting a recall repair done. I had to bring my two little boys and one even threw up on our way in. They couldn't have been nicer, offering water and rushing on our repair. Thanks for being great!

No pressure from Josh the salesman.
My experience was just as I expected from Medford Lithia Honda. Pleasant, knowledgeable on all Honda's I test drove. I felt no pressure from the salesman. At time of negotiation for the price I felt they could have given me a little bit of a better deal, although I was tired and had the car I wanted and just wanted to finish the sale and go get something to eat. I don't mean for this to be negative I was just tired at this point. We traveled a little over two hours to this dealership.

Mark Ness is so comfortable to deal with!
We leased a Honda Civic at this dealership a year ago. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. No push, no pressure, just like they say. We really appreciated how knowledgable Mark Ness was about Honda products. It turns out he was a Honda Master Tech before he was in sales, so he really knows the quality and durability and was able to explain the "whys" behind it. Mark's truly a nice guy and we feel like we made a new friend (and that aint too bad to have friend who really knows cars)!

Finance manager was the rudest person I've ever met.
Thought the dealer would honor the ad on their site I saw the night before going that day that wouldn't expire until 4 days later, but nope – walked out because of the finance guy getting all defensive/angry over me asking about the deal. Went somewhere else and got a car, and I won't be returning to Lithia Honda.

Smooth, quick transaction.
Found our 2004 Ford Expedition on cars.com and contacted them about the vehicle. Mark T got back to us and we started the process. He took care of us. We love in Eureka, CA , so it was a little daunting doing a deal over the phone, but he assured us we were getting a quality vehicle. We did! When we got there and saw it, it was everything he said it was. Cleanest car I have ever bought used. Immaculate! We drove it, signed the papers and were on our way home in just over an hour. Will buy from them again!

Wonderful Job!
