friendly and efficient staff and comfortable experience

I really enjoyed working with Billy Day and the respect and care he showed in meeting our needs, I did not feel undue pushing, had all questions answered and price was similar to what I had read. I also, felt the entire staff I dealt with were helpful and pleasant.

Mark Jacobs

Mark took great care of us and helped make educated decisions regarding our vehicle, he was honest and helpful. He helped us relax, answered our questions and I feel he really wanted help us not make a commission

great experience

I went in wanting to trade in my current car for a new one. Dan Hernandez was the sales rep and he was amazing! I told him what I could afford and what I was willing to pay and he got me in a brand new car. I was short on time and couldn't spend much time at the dealership so I let him know and we figured out numbers one day, I came back the next day to fill out paper work which took less than 30 minutes and then switched out cars later on the same day. It was a very pleasant experience at Honda and everyone was very welcoming and friendly.

The experience was good.

I came there for the airbag recall and they got it done and back to me in only a few hours. They even offered to shuttle me to where i needed to go.

I am a fussy customer

This is not my first rodeo, and my philosophy is, if I am spending such a lot of money, I want a bit more than just a test drive. I checked the car thoroughly, and I was upset to find that there was only one DC power outlet in the whole car. -- What is the matter with Honda? Putting in power outlets is so cheap when the car is being built! Kevin found someone who knew what to do, told me where to get one installed, and how much it would cost. Bingo! Then we had all that paper work to do...Mercy! Kevin and the lady in the sign-off office maintained calm as I made jokes and bitched a little. How can she listen to my complaints when she has to do that every day? Impressive! I dealt with Kim when I called to make an appointment to have the car undercoated. I requested a special service to allow the car to have the power plug installation and the undercoating done in the 2 days we were out of town. She made all the arrangements to do exactly what I needed and called me back with the details... amazing! In other words, this time your people figured what I needed, and did it!. I appreciate that.

Awesome

Always treated with respect I like how they always work hard to get me the best deal posible lithiahonda is the only lithia dealership that has always treated me write all of the other locations in the Medford Oregon area will never get my business but I will always go back to the honda dealer and tell everyone else to do the same

Josh Really Saved Me

I blew out a tire that no one in my area had in stock. Josh matched the lowest price I was quoted at another store and had the tire in and installed in less than 24 hours! I've always been skeptical about taking cars to a dealership, but Josh and this dealership is starting to change my mind!

Friendly staff

Got into a new car at a good price and didn't take too long. JT and Kevin were great. The Honda lineup is fantastic!

satisfactory

They underestimated the time needed to replace air bag on recall, but gave me a ride home. They also rotated my tires for no charge. I appreciated the consideration. I don't generally bring my car in for maintenance such as oil change, but may make the effort in the future.
