New Honda HR-V

Overall a pleasant experience. The salesman was patient and answered all questions. He explained unfamiliar features in an easy to understand manner..The facilities are very nice and I like the fact that I do not have to make an appointment for an oil change.

Wonderful Experience

Mark Jacobs was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the 2016 Honda CRV. Being older customers,Mark was very patient with us in answering all our many questions. Thank you Mark,it was a wonderful experience.

Very Pleased

I purchased from out of state, so there was a little more leg work in addition to the very specific requests I had for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Clenny White took his time with me and found a me a car that fit my needs at the price without pressure and in a professional way. We got everything pre-approved as far as financing went (at a great rate too!) and I was in and out of there within an hour. I highly recommend him and the dealership. I can honestly say that I am looking forward to my next purchase there!

Great service department

Great customer service. Quick and helpful. Waiting area clean, comfortable and full of hot coffee and donuts. Wifi available and easy to connect to. Was able to get my work done while they did their work. Overall a pleasant experience.

Go Lithia Honda

Our 2017 Honda Accord was towed from Hornbrook to Lithia Honda. Exhausted and frustrated Lithia staff was calming, and diagnosed the problem within a few hours. Dreading a hefty bill, we were grateful that the repair was simple and easily payable. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated.
