Front End Issues

Clicking noise in the front end was determined by service writer Josh to be Park Safety Switch. Couldn't leave for same day repair due to my schedule but will return for repair. Fast, friendly service. No charge today so cannot comment on price section below.

One good salesman

The salesman was very help full just about showed us every crv there on your lot and wanted us to drive all of them , we went to your shop originally to get a oil change and the cancelled are appointment with no warning, so me and the wife looked around and found Tony the salesman., [mariokelly]

Oil changes

I bought my Honda Cross Tour from Lithia Honda with lifetime oil changes. I can bring my car in and get great service without worry. They are always busy so I go shopping with a friend in a secondary vehicle while my car gets serviced. The new texting feature was amazing as Josh was able to notify me of a filter to be changed and to ask if I wanted to pay for the cost right on my phone. Thank you, Lithia Honda and Josh, for the exceptional customer service!!!

very Good

Excellent service

Joshua was friendly and very competent regarding the vehicle and the work needed. The tech identified a failed tire pressure sensor and replaced it after I wasinformed of the cost. I appreciated the prompt work as I was traveling at the time.

Efficient and quick service

Diagnosed a tire problem and performed a normal maintenance service in just a few minutes. The service writer explained an improvement in oil used for normal engine maintenance before the work was done. Tire problem was corrected during the service.

Terrific value for the price!

From the moment I saw the sticker price, I was amazed at the safety options this car has. Lithia's sticker was literally thousands less than similarly equipped SUVS with which it was competing. The salesman answered all of our questions and got advice from other sales people if he was unsure himself. Before we left the dealership, our phones were set up with the car's Bluetooth, the driver's seat was programmed to fit my wife and I understood how to program it for a second driver; we had a good basic understanding of how the various computer functions worked and we were ready to roll. My wife and I are both thrilled with our new automobile.

Tires

Josh came right over to help when I pulled in service center. Listened well to what I needed and walked me to area to get a price quote on tires. Listened to my concerns but did not pressure me on sale which I appreciated.
