Lithia Honda in Medford

Lithia Honda has been great with the service on our Honda Fit. We also purchased a 2002 Honda Civic for our son thru Brandon Berg. He is a very considerate salesman and did not waste our time!!!!

Great experience. Carlos was very helpful in explaining all the info to me and very willing to answer my questions even if I had to ask twice.

Our salesperson, Brandon , was very friendly and knowledgable. We did not have a trade and paid cash so that made our experience much easier.

We didn't have an appointment, but still received great on the spot service. Oil change was done, cost less than I expected and I enjoyed the air conditioned waiting room with the nice tv. :)

Our experience was very pleasant. We went through the Costco Auto program. Mark Thalman contacted me right away. My husband and I were looking at four different cars at four separate dealers that day and we explained to Mark that we were just test driving at that time. He did not push us in any way. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time even though it was not a sure sale. That was really nice. After test driving and dealing with two other dealers, we decided on the Honda CR-V EX. We showed back up at the dealer around 5pm and closed the place down at 7pm. Mark was very patient and answered every question we had. We had his full attention. I would highly recommend Lithia Honda.

Everyone is always friendly and professional. Servicing time is reasonable and the waiting room is pleasant with a verity of seating positions. There is TV and refreshments and snacks available.
