Professional and reliable
Lithia Honda Medford is reliable and I don't have to worry that they didn't top off the fluids or tighten things. They are friendly and on time and dont pressure me to buy a car when I poke around the new cars. Other dealers sometimes have been lax with this and Lithia had to fix another dealers work not topping off a fluid that they had flushed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had oil change and fuel filter never got tightened
Came in for my lifetime oil change and it took an hour (only 1 car ahead of me), took my car home and it leaked oil all over my garage floor. Had to take it back and was told the fuel filter wasn't tightened down. Don't know how that happens when a customer only comes in for an oil change and the one part that is replaced is not tightened.
