The best company to do business with in Medford

This dealership has exceeded my expectations. I feel this is a place that always treats its customers fairly. From the donuts and coffee in the morning to price matching in parts to excellent service. I would recommend anybody with a Honda that needs serviced go to Lithia Honda. I know my car will be cared for in the best manner. The service department is run efficiently and although they are not perfect they will make it right if they do something that is not to the customers standard. Congratulations Honda of Medford for great service. Keep up the good work. I notice and will likely get my next vehicle from this dealership as I did with my current Honda Odyssey.

I don't know what you want in this space

I have always really appreciated Lithia Honda. This is the second Honda I have bought from Lithia. Everyone I encounter is top-notch. In this case I arrived at about 4:45 on a weekday for a lifetime oil change and was in and out in about 1/2 hour or less.

Airbag replacement plus lube & oil Lithia Oil Card

Staff is considerate and helpful. I bought my car, a certified used Honda and it has been an outstanding value. Great mileage frwy 33 - 35 mpg/ 22-26 city depending o n how much city vs freeway driving.

Trust the service department

We own a Honda Odyssey - I think right now the sixth or seventh, that we have bought from Lithia Honda of Medford. We have never had an issue with the services rendered here and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car or have theirs serviced.

Honda CRV

I appreciate the attention given to me and the issues with my old, faithful Honda CRV. Issues resolved quickly. Shuttle service a bonus, courtesy excellent.

Great service

The day before I was to drive to the Bay Area my low tire pressure light came on for the third time in 2 weeks. I called service and Jason said he could have my car looked at as soon as I arrived. When I drove my car into the service area he met me before I was even out of my car. They found and fixed a hole in the tire very quickly.

A good experience all around...

I bought my Honda CRZ through this dealership almost four years ago. My salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgable about the car, though it was a brand new model. Whenever I am in for an oil change, he always says hello (I always buy the "lifetime" oil change with a new vehicle). I had a full list of maintenance work done recently, an all-day job. They finished on time and under their estimate (how many dealerships do that?)... and their shuttle took me home and picked me back up promptly. They even found my sunglasses and saved them for me. I would recommend Medford Lithia Honda to anyone who would like to actually enjoy purchasing and owning a vehicle.

Always a great experience!

I've taken my vehicles to Lithia for repairs, recalls and oil changes and never once been treated badly, ignored or even given an attitude by any of their staff members, even when they are overwhelmed with customers! I'll never go anywhere else!
