I bought my car from Jared who made my car buying experience actually very enjoyable! :) A few months later I was having issues with one of the tires and Jason in the service department went out of his way to make sure the problem got corrected with next to nothing out of pocket expense...I can't remember all of their names in the service department.... I wish I could because they all deserve a huge thank you! They all went out of their way to make sure the problem was corrected! The Honda I bought is great and I love it! I recommend Lithia Honda of Medford!!

Overall experience was positive. Waited a long time but did not have an appointment. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Good customer service by initial greeter. He offered me a slice of pizza and walked me to my car after service completed.
