Stress-free car buying
I had been wanting to purchase a car for several years but had been putting it off because I dreaded the whole car buying ordeal. I impulsively popped in to Lithia Honda to look at the new cars and was helped by Aaron. That was my lucky day. It took a few weeks to find the used car that I wanted but Aaron kept on top of it and kept in constant touch with me. I was never out of the loop. Aaron found a perfect car for me and at a very reasonable price. Respectful, genuine, considerate, and knowledgeable all describe Aaron. I am impressed with the whole team at Lithia Honda.

Aaron @ Lithia Honda was a great salesman and made the entire car buying experience great. He is genuine and it shows from beginning to end and even after the purchase. This is my first Honda and I am very happy with it.

A much better car buying experience
I had to replace my 2008 Honda Pilot which I totaled a few weeks ago and was going to purchase a different car with the proceeds of the insurance. The other Nissan car dealer blew off my appointment and I decided to look at the Honda Pilots at Lithia. They did not have any in the year range that I was looking for but I got to test drive a variety of newer models and decided to purchase a newer model and am glad that I did. They were very patient with me and respected my needs and desires for a replacement vehicle. I'm glad I had Aaron for a salesperson and thank them for selling me a great car and providing a much better car buying experience than I would have had at other dealers. I can see why they are the Presidents award winner. Nice people, fair price and great service. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Even the finance person Marcia provided me with excellent service and it seems like they have a great team effort and work together well.

LITHIA HONDA OF MEDFORD WAS GREAT!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST! We started talking to Clenny over the phone about a month before we bought our 2012 Chevy Malibu. Had looked at a few different cars of lesser value through other dealerships and such. We loved this car, but didnt think it was possible to fit into our budget. Clenny brought us about 3 or 4 offers that didn't fit for us. When we had basically decided that we weren't going to be able to get that car, Clenny brought one last offer back to us that fit into our budget perfectly. We would have never thought we could get into something so nice that also wasn't a crazy price. Clenny gave us the best interest rate we could find and lowered the price of the car a generous amount which made it possible to get the car the next day! I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service my fiance' and I got from LITHIA HONDA OF MEDFORD. You know its a good deal when you hunny is telling all his friend that it was an awesome experience and they should all go to LITHIA HONDA OF MEDFORD and speak with CLENNY WHITE if they plan on buying a new car:) Very happy. Buying a car is a long process, and Lithia helped make it an easier experience! I got a great deal for my car and the dealers were patient and willing to try and make things work for me. They were extremely nice and more than helpful!

I swore I would not go back here after my son had such a...
I swore I would not go back here after my son had such a bad experience - but the previous sales manager had since left. I worked with J.T., he was probably the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with - he truly knew our car choice inside and out. Chris, one of the managers, was a delight to work with. Our entire deal only took 2 hours - which is unheard of (but we did have our own financing). However, after all of our terrific experiences we ended up dealing with Marcy, one of the finance managers (always ask to work with Clenny) she ruined our experience with her absolutely rude attitude. Next time I buy a car, I will go to Lithia Honda, but refuse to work with Marcy

Buying a Used Truck
We met with Steven Kline and looked at quite a few trucks in our specifications. He was patience, kind and tolerant as we looked through many many trucks. We test drove two trucks and decided our favorite was a chevy silverado...The process of paperwork and financing is boring and long but that is what to be expected. Our experience was very good and we came away very happy with our purchase and our price! I feel that Lithia Honda took care of us in a very professional and positive car (truck) buying experince. Steven was very friendly with my two boys as well as my neice and mother. He was very personable and joked and laughed with them. It is so nice to feel comfortable with a salesperson, especially when buying a car. Steven was fantastic as our salesperson.

If you like to waste your time, feel like you have been a...
If you like to waste your time, feel like you have been a xxxx victim, love to be lied to and insulted - this is the dealer for you! Nate Mould and Mark Thalman are the classic mold of the used car salesman: full of lies!! Lied to us about not being able to find a car in a certain color - "None in the State!!" Talked us into another color. That was Dec 23rd. Spent five and a half hours trying to locate a car for a dealer trade and have them play games with us over what they would and would not include in the price...............and what they would give us for our trade. Left there feeling like a mental xxxx victim. The lies were incredible!!! Monday morning comes around, no call from Lithia Honda. Where's our car? We had to call them, only to be told by Mark Thalman that the dealer they were trading with to get the car in the color we settled for, had sold the car over the weekend. Christmas weekend????? Tried to talk us into the original color we wanted. All of a sudden he was able to locate a car in the original color! We now wanted the second color choice and ironically, that color was "nowhere to be found in four states!" He was rude and even laughed when we told him we had decided upon the second color choice and had a contract with a Vin# on it and wanted our car! He told us "Guess that's a deal breaker!" Didn't hear from him again that day, until we called him back! By this time, we called every dealer with a three hour radius of us. Ironically, a dealer in Eugene, Oregon had the car we wanted! We drove the three hours, had terrific service and left feeling terrific. On the drive home, we found that the VIN # on the Lithia Honda contract was the same on the Eugene Honda (Kendall Honda) contract. WOW!!! Found we were lied to again! Appearently Lithia had tried (not confirmed by Kendall Honda) to dealer trade to sell us this car and the trade didn't work out, so the AGAIN LIED TO US - about the car being sold! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND LITHIA HONDA!!! LYING AND UNPROFFESSIONAL. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Drive the extra distance and see IAN at Kendall Honda! Terrific service!
