Outstanding! The GM is one of the most approachable I've...

Outstanding! The GM is one of the most approachable I've ever met. After we purchased our Accord, they invited us to a customer orientation where they'd served food and refreshments and met the entire management team. I think these guys are really trying to make a difference. I'm very happy with my deal and the hands-on attention we received. Well done Lithia Honda!

At first they were great! Did everything to get me in a car. But directly after the sale they wouldn't fix problems that the car already had when I bought it. Kevin handled it by getting angry and hanging up on me. I contacted corprate & they too did nothing.

Took my wife's 07 Accord in for service, and the service...

Took my wife's 07 Accord in for service, and the service tech didn't address service items as listed. He chose not to rotate the tires even though it was overdue. I think he just didn't want to do the extra work, makes one wonder about other things..
