Regular maintenance of my 2018 CRV

Always Excellent. Josh Sparks is a superb professional Service Technician; he is personable, knowledgeable and always follows through with what he says he will do; i.e "we will call you when your service is done" - and he did in a very timely manner. For me he has always provided excellent customer service. Overall the Service Department is excellent. I called for an appointment several days before. I was given a specific day and time; and the department was ready for me when I arrived. My time was brief in completing the needed paperwork to conduct the service. When I picked up the vehicle the same service occurred. The car was ready, the paper work was completed, and the person handling the payment was friendly and courteous. I am sorry I do not remember her name; but she needs kudos as well. Thank you to all at Lithia Honda for great service! Bea Berry

Dependable Service

We had our 27000 mile service on our 2015 Civic at Lithia Medford. Online reservation and check in was easy. We waited for the car. The customer service area was comfortable. We were pleased with the service and relatively service time as promised delivery. We will return for next service on this Civic and our other HONDA . Josh was our service advisor and kept us informed of the service progression
