Excellent Customer Service

Great customer service in the service department. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Got my car in quickly, checked everything over, let me know what needed to be done, and then got everything done. Very impressed with how friendly everyone in service was while I was there. I highly recommend their service department

Great service

Staff were helpful and got my car serviced in a timely manner. I bought my car at Medford Lithia and love the staff that are always so helpful.Also, if buying a vehicle, go see Billy Day... He is a real great guy and will help you get your car needs met. My brother and I took my mom to Lithia Honda and my best friend and both drove away happy. Oh yeah..... this is the service review... Dependable service and timely repairs at a fair price.

Friendly, easy, experience.

I have never had such a pleasurable experience buying a vehicle. Mark Thalman could not have done a better job answering my questions before I came and looked at the vehicle, since I lived out of town. When I did come to see the vehicle he was ready for me and we did a test drive and the deal was done. I had to come back the next day with my wife to drive the vehicle home. When we arrived Mark had the car ready and had done all he said he would do and more. I would highly recommend Mark and this dealership to anyone wanting to find the right vehicle. Fred
