Trouble Shooting Windshield Fluid Nozzles
I always receive courteous customer service, good answers to my technical questions, and good technical service from competent technicians. Attempts to clean the windshield fluid nozzles were unsuccessful, so they will be replaced.

Buying a new CR-V
Your entire staff could not have been more helpful, especially Alyssa and Nic. The same held true for the personnel at Lithia Toyota even though they knew I was comparison shopping with the CR-V and the RAV-4 the final pair I was deciding between.

CRV 30,000 mile service
It's always a good experience when my CRV is serviced at Lithia Honda. The employees are friendly and very communicative and the waiting facilities (I stay at the dealership while my car is serviced) are comfortable - good pastries too!

Easy Buying Experience!
I was somewhat uneasy when we stepped on to the Lithia lot, not knowing what my buying experience might turn out to be. Daniel received us and put me at ease. He knew how to meet me where I was and made the experience fun and easy. Daniel was VERY knowledgeable about all the functions of the different vehicles we looked at. When we decided which model to buy, he went over in great detail the options, sent videos to my email on how to use the features should I forget, and followed up a few days later to see how everything was going. Daniel was with us the entire time. He is a very genuine young man with a bright future ahead!

Quick and easy
Had a leak in my ac system, they got my part over night and it was blowin COLD by 10a! Found a nail in my tire and fixed that too! Thanks fellas!

Good experience overall. Very nice people to work with, very helpful. The lot was very clean, and people are very professional. The place could use a good coffee machine. And bottled water just like Lithia of Salem. Lithia of Salem had a very good coffee maker and spring bottled water.
