2025 - Do not do any service with them.

2025 - Do not do any service with them. I took my car in for A/C work picked it up and they told me I’m not able to drive vehicle over 10 mph due to ignition coil’s failure. I drove my car in perfectly fine now you’re telling me it’s disabled after doing a diagnostic test? The mechanic I end up taking it to to get fixed said there’s no way I would’ve been able to drive my vehicle with the current ignition coils that was on there.i think they put old parts on there trying to get me to pay for their repairs. I will never get work done there again. And the rep I worked with named Leslie is very rude. Worst experience ever. * Be careful using this dealership service *

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Audi Tysons. They always treat you like family here, from start to finish. Rany was my salesman and he truly assisted me every step of the way! I would tell anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from Audi Tysons to do their business with Rany! Valerie was amazing during the paperwork/finance process and made it a breeze. Sam Alimi, the General Manager, goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied and cares that all customers are happy. Lastly, detail made my 13 year old car look and smell brand new upon delivery! The entire process was truly seamless and I would do business again, without a doubt.

I bought a used car from Audi of Tysons corner and not only did they make it look like new they didn’t treat me any different than buying a new car. One of the best experiences I’ve had. I traveled from four hours away to get a great deal.

Was told I would receive a call from a salesman about a specific car I was interested in and never heard a thing. Hmmm? Couple thousand dollar used car wasn't worth a fancy Audi salesmans time. Not enough commission. I get it. I won't bother with that place again.
