I recently purchased a new Audi and had an amazing experience with Matthew Ryan/Tyson Corner Audi.He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. Matthew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I am very happy with my experience at Audi Tysons Corner. I reached out to the dealership about a vehicle I was interested in. I worked with Kadie and Dimitri to complete the deal who both did an excellent job. I am over 900 miles away and would gladly do business with them in the future for buying my next Audi!

Audi Brand Specialist Bijan Naghdi did a very good job in walking me through the buying process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Dimitri's Dotis was my finance specialist who helped me with my financing. He was very efficient and guided me through the paperwork.

The dealership was easy to deal with and confident with pricing, while also confident with an out of state sale. Matt Ryan was a pleasure to deal with.

One of the primary reasons I had my car serviced at Audi Tysons is their free 30 point inspection. In this case, I approved work they recommended to fix oil leaks prior to seeing these inspection results, assuming that their recommendations were based on these findings. When I later read the inspection report, I was shocked to see that it clearly stated that these leaks did not exist. Obviously, I became concerned. Despite my multiple requests, Audi Tysons would not provide real evidence that the leaks I paid to have fixed ever existed. I appealed to Audi of America, but they said they could do nothing to help. As I understood it, it was my mistake to choose that service center over which they have no control. So for my next service visit, I switched to a different Audi Service Center, Audi of in Chantilly. They performed the standard 30 point inspection, and sent me a video actually showing everything from measuring tire tread to inspecting the brakes--something that Audi of Tysons did not do (their video was of a guy reading the report.) Because they actually did what Audi says they're supposed to do, there was never any question about their findings or their work. I have absolutely no trust in Audi Tysons Corner after what they did and how they treated me afterward, and I strongly recommend Audi of Chantilly for their dramatically different, truly Audi-like service. There is a dramatic difference in what you get from these two businesses for the same price!

Our sales person, Dimitris, handled us well and found a car and a deal that suited us. The person who handled the business side was also very professional and everything was smooth and upsell free. Oh, and we love the car!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared because different issues keep arising and the dealership is in full “It’ll work itself out” mode I purchased a 2025 SQ5 from this dealership in Jan 2026 and immediately ran into issues. The car was sold to me with ~4,000 miles and an active check engine light. I was reassured this was “normal” and that it would go away after a software update within a few hours—something the salesperson claimed he “sees all the time.” A week later, after the light finally disappeared, I returned just to confirm everything was fine. I was told the car was in perfect condition after being ‘checked over by the pros in under 10 minutes’. Two days later, multiple errors appeared on the dashboard, anything from interior and exterior lights, car noise, lane assist… forcing me to make another 1 hour 20 minute trip each way. This time, I was told the car needed—surprise—a software update that takes 4 hours and can only be done at the dealership. How that wasn’t addressed before the sale, or even during my follow-up visit, is beyond me, especially since the sales person was so familiar with this reoccurring problem. Now the bigger issue: over two months later, the dealership has still failed to properly complete my title and registration. My license plate is still tied to my trade-in vehicle, something that was confirmed by both the DMV as well as a State Police Officer today March 22, 2026, which exposes me to being pulled over, ticketed, AND absolutely having my car towed. Despite multiple (4) calls (none returned), their only response was to email me documents ( with literally no explanation attached to them, not a single word) and seemingly expect me to fix their mistake at the DMV—which the DMV explicitly refused, stating this is entirely the dealer’s responsibility. At this point, it’s not just poor service—it’s negligence and a complete lack of accountability. Selling a car with unresolved issues and then failing to complete basic legal paperwork ( outside of the 60 days they had to take care of that by law), while ignoring repeated attempts to resolve it, is unacceptable. Buyers beware: If you’re someone that expects things to be done right and are used to good service, simply go to another Audi dealership, but if you must go to Tyson’s make sure everything is fully resolved BEFORE you leave the lot, because once you do, getting support appears to be a challenge. This has been incredibly disappointing, pretty much from start to finish, turning what should’ve been a fun ‘new car’ experience into misery. I will not be returning, and I fully intend to share my experience as widely as possible so others are aware of the level of service they can expect.
