Warranty Failure

Sam and his manager did not provide the duty of care that I have come to experience at O’Brien. I’ve purchased 2 cars with O’Brien, serviced without fail exclusively at O’Brien, and had a legitimate car failure occurring during warranty coverage that was not addressed.

Car now pulls right after service

I’ve had my 2019 NX for 2 years, 20k miles. It has performed flawlessly during that time. Took it in for service yesterday and noticed immediately during the ride home it pulls to the right!! If I let go of the steering wheel it immediately goes right. For 2 years the car tracked perfectly neutral. I can’t imagine what they did to it to cause this?? I’ll be calling them first thing Monday morning.

Great service

Efficient, quick friendly staff and service. Waiting area was clean, with sanitizing throughout the day. As soon as someone left a seat, a staff member came by and wiped it down.

Lexus of Believue

Keith Weed who set-up service on my 2011 LX570 SUV was very pleasant. Since the SUV with 27,400 mile had been mostly stored in our garage and driven less than 1000 miles in the last 18 months i thought it might be a good idea for an oil change and a new battery before I took my family on a trip to Yellowstone . Keith presented a dealership plan for 45,000 mile service that would do a complete inspection of my car. Front and Rear Differential oil was replaced along with some missing body mount tabs. But it's the small things that count like remarking "stop by any time with your 2nd set of keys and will install a new battery in that one too".

Always love to take my car there. People are super and Karl was great. Will be my car dealer for a long long time. Hope to buy my next car from them

Superb Experience Even in a Pandemic

I checked my car in for service on a busy Friday. Brandon was my service advisor and he made everything such a breeze. I noticed the increased cleanliness procedures all around the dealership with emphasis to make customers feel safe and comfortable. Brandon especially would wipe everything down and even my cards and license before handing them back to me. Such little detail made me feel extra safe. Definitely recommend this place!

Service

Convenient and very accessible to enter service parking area. I was greeted and taken directly to a service representative who accessed my car's info and what service was required. I waited in their very clean and welcoming waiting area while my car was quickly and effectively serviced.

always great service

the team at lexus of bellevue provide great service every time. i cam in for my 100K service plus full detail in/out. they automatically offered a loaner for my convenience.

We’re always highly satisfied with the services with Lexus .. since I knew the director that used to be my advisor Almost a decade ago ?! Sam was very attentive as well !

Very Good Experience and very courteous svc. rep

Very Good Experience and very courteous service rep. They had my car done in a couple of hours which was great. Highly recommend!!! I am looking forward to the new car wash.
