After interacting with 7 other dealerships online, I found the Lincoln Corsair I was looking for in Evergreen Lincoln's inventory and called them. I spoke with Vincente, who was super-helpful, friendly, and responsive to all of my questions. As this was an internet purchase (I live in the LA area), and the vehicle needed to be shipped, I was careful to ask many questions and all of my concerns were met. Along with the great customer service, Evergreen provided an absolutely unbeatable price for the car, and beat the other dealerships I had been corresponding with. I have nothing but praise for their customer service and finance department, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. There was no pressure, no "bait and switch" pricing, just an honest dealership doing all they can to make new customers happy. I looked all over the US trying to find the specific color combination and options package we wanted, and after 3 months I located the exact car, and with a price that I couldn't turn down. The car was delivered to my home last night, it is perfect! Thank you Evergreen and a big 5-star rating for your customer service - I encourage anyone that is contemplating the purchase or lease of a Lincoln or Ford to get in touch with them

Quick and easy service, very friendly staff. Clean waiting area, drinks available. It was warm in waiting area, as I’m disabled this was a good feature. Location is very easy for me to get to.

I worked with Chris. He was very responsive, did not pressure me at all and made the experience run smoothly and relatively quickly. The whole team at Evergreen were friendly, helpful and ready to answer any questions or concerns.

Michelle in service is always fantastic! She is responsive and makes sure that everything is accomplished efficiently and effectively... If she is busy, another team mate always jumps in to help... This time it was Danielle who saw that Michelle was initially busy with another customer, and immediately asked to help me... Their behavior shows great teamwork internally, and great care for the customer externally... The folks working in your service department are the sole reason I pass 2 other Ford dealers on the way to Evergreen for my service... thanks!
