Went to Lexus of Seattle in Lynnwood to take my parents car in for service, while waiting I ended up looking at cars and met Roger. He gave fantastic service that was no pressure but full of information. He helped me find a car that met all my needs plus more. Definitely will continue all my car needs dealing with Roger at Lexus.

Live chatted with dealer to get photos of a vehicle. Was told they'd send photos. It's been several days with no response. Not to impressive.

We purchased an 2016 RX450h with panoramic sunroof in April. We also purchased roof racks, because we kayak a LOT. Because it was a new body style, no one knew that roof racks could not be installed on a panoramic sunroof. The Lexus of Seattle has EXCELLENT staff: every single person we worked with. They ordered a custom new vehicle (with a standard sunroof instead) from Japan, and had it rushed to us in just 2 months. No expense on our part at all. We have NEVER had such a positive experience in any car dealership, and I have owned MORE than my share of vehicles over the years!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and streamlined the entire process was! After mentioning that I was going to look for a new car, my coworker informed me about his friends experience that left him feeling violated after an all day affair (at another dealership). I was nervous heading in but instantly felt special and important. I just can't believe how easy it was. Such a professional, friendly, and enjoyable process!
